Terms of Use

1. Parties and service

These terms govern the relationship between Gökhan Tuncer (“we”), who provides the Super11 mobile app and the super11.live website (together, the “Service”), and you (the “user”). By downloading or using the app you accept these terms.

Super11 is a football statistics and match analysis app offering live scores, fixtures, standings, team and league statistics, pre-match probabilities and our own pre-match predictions together with their past results.

2. Information only — not betting

• Super11 does not take bets, has no deposit, bet slip or payment area and does not link to any betting site. We receive no commission or fee from betting companies.
• Statistics, probabilities and predictions are for information only; they are not investment, betting or financial advice. Football results are unpredictable; no prediction or probability is certain and a past hit rate does not guarantee future results.
• Market odds and odds movements that the app may display are for information only and are not an offer or an invitation to bet.
• Decisions you make based on this information, and their consequences, are your own responsibility. Complying with the gambling laws of your country is up to you.

3. Age limit

The Service is for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, do not use the app.

4. Data accuracy

Match data comes from sports data providers and is processed by our own statistics engine. We work to keep it accurate and current, but live scores can be delayed, results and statistics can be corrected by official sources after a match, and some data may not exist for some leagues. We do not promise that data is complete, error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Acceptable use

• You may not use the Service for automated requests (such as scraping), reverse engineering, circumventing security measures or creating excessive load against our servers or other users.
• You may not copy the app’s statistics, predictions or compiled content in bulk and republish them commercially without permission.

We may restrict access to the Service in case of misuse.

6. Free use; ads and subscription (when offered)

The app is free to download. Ads and an optional paid subscription (for example, ad-free use or extra features) may be offered in the future. When they are:

• Price and contents are shown in the store, in your currency, before you buy.
• Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; you cancel in your store account’s subscription settings.
• Refunds follow the store’s own rules and process; we cannot issue them.
• Restore: with the same store account, “Restore purchases” in the app moves your subscription to a new device.

7. Account (when offered)

The app currently requires no account. When accounts are offered, you are responsible for keeping yours secure; you can delete it at any time in the app or by writing to [email protected].

8. Intellectual property

Rights in the Super11 name, interface design, texts, statistical calculations and predictions belong to us. Club, league and tournament names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only; this implies no partnership or endorsement. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes; no other rights are granted.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation; the Service also depends on factors outside our control, such as the app stores and our service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of statistics, probabilities or predictions (including betting losses), for indirect damages, or for loss of data or profit. This does not affect your non-waivable rights under consumer law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. If we shut the Service down entirely, we will announce it in advance in the app and on this website.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction. As a consumer you keep the right to apply to the consumer bodies and courts where you live. The Turkish version of these terms is the governing text.
