Data Deletion
How to delete your Super11 data: preferences on your device, connection logs on our servers, and how to send a deletion request.
Effective date: 10 October 2026
1. Data on your device
Your favourite leagues, language preference and cached match data stay only on your device and never reach us. You delete them yourself:
- iPhone / iPad: press and hold the app icon → Delete App.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Super11 → Storage → Clear data (or uninstall the app).
- To remove a single favourite, just tap its star in the app.
2. Data on our servers
The app has no accounts today; our servers keep no profile tied to your name, e-mail or a user number. The servers only hold connection logs (IP address, time of request, requested address, app version), kept briefly for security and fault diagnosis and deleted automatically on rotation.
If you want these logs or your e-mails to us deleted right away, write to us:
- Send an e-mail with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- To help us find your records, include roughly when you used the app and, if you know it, the IP address you were connected from. For deleting our e-mail correspondence, the address you write from is enough.
- We confirm receipt; the deletion is completed and confirmed to you within 30 days.
Write a deletion request → [email protected]
Connection logs belong to a connection, not a person; without identifying details they may not be traceable individually. Even then they disappear within the automatic deletion period.
3. When accounts arrive
Once accounts are added to the app, you will be able to delete your account and all data tied to it (favourites, preferences, notification settings) inside the app, or by writing to [email protected]. A deleted account cannot be restored. Purchase records kept by the app stores live in Apple’s and Google’s own systems; contact the relevant store for those.
